Mike is the Founder and CEO of Glisser, award winning audience engagement software. Prior to forming Glisser, Mike was a Chief Marketing Officer working in the telecoms and financial services industries, where he was responsible for multi-million dollar budgets with a significant weighting towards client and employee events. Most recently Mike was at Octopus Investments, a London fund manager and venture capital company, where he helped grow assets under management from £500m to £4 billion in five years. Octopus ran over 200 events each year, yet by streamlining the meeting design approach and deploying technology and resources effectively, employed just one Events Planner.

Jane Farnham is the founder and owner of Denton Events Limited and responsible for the talent websites Great British Speakers, Great British Voices and Great British Presenters. She has over 25 years experience as a broadcaster for BBC, Channel 5 and Sky and now helps her clients source the right speaker, host, presenter or voice for their event or video.

Simon is an experienced project manager of sustainability strategy programmes for multinational companies, with a wide-ranging experience in sustainable event management. During his time at Eco-Age Simon has been responsible for building the Football Association Event Sustainability Management System at Wembley stadium aligned with ISO20121.
Simon works with businesses, NGOs, governments, industry bodies, and consumers to deliver advice to the executive level of brands in a variety of sectors including those just beginning their sustainability journey and those who wish to lead the way. Simon has 10+ years’ experience in the designing, implementation and strategic communication of sustainability strategy for brands who want to maximise positive environmental and social impact.
Simon is also a Director of Ecobooth, the sustainable events company, creating bespoke sustainability solutions for brands who want to consider the social and environmental impacts of their events from start to finish.

The business now offers a complete outsourced event solution including full event management, venue finding and training administration, business travel and hotel reservations.
My focus is still very much on driving the sales activity leaving Angela and the very capable events team to manage the delivery and operations.

Gavin is co-founder and managing director of brand experience agency In2Events. Gavin started the agency back in 2006 with business partner after previously working as an Incentive Travel Exec. and an Account Manager for different agencies. In2Events initially started life as a promotions company and with Gavin’s vision and guidance transformed into a corporate events agency picking up credible brands including the likes of Toshiba and Oracles in those early days.
Today In2Events has grown into one of the leading events agencies in the UK picking up many more clients on the way whilst still retaining some of those early relationships. Gavin is a well-respected member of the events community having starred in C&IT’s A List 2014 and most recently being on the judging panel for the C&IT Awards. A regular contributor to industry events, Gavin has over 20 years’ global event experience working with clients of all sizes across a range of industries and verticals.
